SAM-50

SAM-50 is high viscosity vinyl acetate homopolymer dispersion used as fabric stiffener for general textile finishing material.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

Physical Appearance : Dense Flowing Emulsion
Chemical Composition : Polyvinyl Acetate Emulsion
Solid Content % : 50 + 1 %
Viscosity
(RION Viscometer VT-05) : 300 – 450 dPaS
pH : 5.0 – 6.0
Mechanical Stability : High
Shelf Life : Twelve Months
Film Clarity : Transparent

HANDLING & STORAGE:

The storage stability is good but it is advisable to store SAM-50 in shade at 5 – 35°C. The container should be tightly closed in order to avoid skin on the surface & evaporation.

SAM-50 is available in 150 Kgs open head drums.
